I was suffering shoulder pain for quite a long time. When I was going through the pages of Mathrubhumi Arogya Masika ( jan 2009 ) , I happened to read an article on Acupressure - a treatment with out medicine written by Mr.Sam John, Govt Deaf School, Jagathi, Trivandrum. From the hints in the article I gave pressure to the particular point. Within a few days I was completely cured of my pain. Immediately I contacted Mr.Sam and fixed and appointment. Next day I visited him at Jagathy told my desire to study acupressure. He gave me the address of Santhigram at Vizhinjam . I went there and collected some books and tools of acupressure. Now I am doing my certificate course in acupressure from IGNOU conducted by State Resource Center, Trivandrum. Abdullakutty, mob 9497339330
